Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping to other countries is available for bulk orders - please contact us for rates and delivery times.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on our website or directly through the carrier's website. We also send delivery notifications so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Simply contact us to initiate a return, and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items.

We'll immediately replace any damaged or defective items at no cost to you. Take photos of the damaged items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for pickup of the damaged items and send replacements right away.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, food products, or custom-printed materials. All other items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
